The Documentary "270 Moments Of Shusha" Presented At School Number 53

The presentation of the feature-documentary film "270 moments of Shusha" was held at secondary school No. 53 in Baku. At the event, the national anthem was played and the dear memory of the martyrs who died for our territorial integrity was commemorated with a minute's silence. The director of the school, Tunzale Zeynalova, spoke about the historical Victory won by our people. She said that the people of Azerbaijan live today with an incomparable joy of victory, high feelings of pride, immense joy and pride, which cannot be expressed in words. With this victory, we ended the 30-year occupation of our territories. By liberating our land, we were recognized again all over the world, this time as a victorious state and a victorious nation.


Tunzale Zeynalova said: "Taking into account the historical importance of Shusha for the people of Azerbaijan and its high cultural and spiritual value, President Ilham Aliyev signed a decree declaring 2022 as the "Year of Shusha" in the Republic of Azerbaijan on January 5. This Decree is very important in terms of celebrating the 270th anniversary of the city in 2022, taking into account the construction and restoration works to be done in Shusha during the year, the return of the population to their native lands, and the recognition of this ancient city in the international world. This decision of the president is of great importance from the historical, political and moral point of view and is calculated to achieve several strategic goals.”


Pointing out the importance of holding the documentary film "270 Moments of Shusha" in secondary school No. 53, the director of the educational institution noted that education workers have a great responsibility in passing on information about the great Victory achieved in Karabakh and the bravery of our heroic sons to future generations.

Tünzale Zeynalova said that the education of the young generation in the spirit of patriotism and national-moral values is one of the most important goals in front of us today in the stage after our Victory history, and advised the students to study the history of Azerbaijan in depth.

Alizade Huseyn, a 9th grade student of the school, recited his poem "Letter of a Martyr to his Mother".


Lala Azertash, chair of the "Development of Society and Media" Public Union, project manager, spoke about the work done in connection with the making of the film, and also informed about the website https://loveshusha.com, which was developed in Azerbaijani, Russian and English languages within the framework of the project.



Then the film called "270 moments of Shusha" was presented.




Note that the documentary film "270 moments of Shusha" was produced by the Public Union "Development of Society and Media" with the financial support of the State Support Agency for Non-Governmental Organizations "Let's know and glorify Shusha!" within the framework of the project.

The event ended with the performance of the song "Mountains of Shusha" by Huseyn Aliyev, a student of the 11th grade of the school.


Note that the mothers of the martyrs, the idea author and editor of the film Karam Alasgarov, teachers and students participated in the presentation ceremony.
