The winner of the open tender announced by  Shusha City State Reserve Department on construction and restoration of 15 more buildings of the residental complex which will be constructed in Shusha city, their restoration and bringing additional technical devices has been confirmed. According to the press service of the Department, proposals offered by total of 9 companies in total were estimated by the members of tender commission and “ARCHICO” LLC has been announced the winner of the tender by the decision of commission. According to the terms of tender, 15 residential buildings with 3-5 floors will be built by the company, including a parking lot. The mentioned company will also guarantee to comisison the buildings within 24 months after the completion of construction. The Press service of the Shusha City State Reserve Department says in accordance with the master plan of Shusha city, the construction of  a residential complex consisting of total of 23 buildings, is being conducted. The buildings are constructed in accordance with the requirements of the modern image and local weather conditions.
