It was impossible to take out costumes, props which belong to theater when Shusha was under the enemy’s occupation. The director of the theater Yadigar Muradov says costumes, sword, book, dagger play a big role in the creation of the play: “Shusha State Musical Drama Theatre was deprived from all of that in 1990s. Because during the occupation period all costumes and belongings of theater were left in Shusha. These costumes that you see were gifted by theater’s actors and other staff. Leaving Shusha they took these costumes which they kept in their homes. Actors of Shusha State Musical Drama Theatre were performed plays with those costumes for a long time”.
